Once we have helped you locate the apartment of your dreams, every person who will live in the apartment must due the following:
A. Each applicant for an apartment will need to provide documents verifying the information on his/her application. The sooner and the more documents you bring to us, the faster we can process your application. The Documents include but are not limited to the following:
     · A letter of Employment from your Employer.
     · Tax returns from the past two years
     · Letter(s) of referral from your current and/or past Landlord(s)
     · Bank statements, investment portfolios, etc.
     · Photo Identification (Passport or Drivers License)
* Keep in mind that different Landlords have different requirements for renting their apartments.
